About This Role

Fulexa is the leading petrol pump management software in Pakistan and UAE, helping 50+ fuel station owners automate their operations. We are growing fast and need a talented Social Media Marketer to build our brand presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. In this role, you will own Fulexa's social media strategy from content creation to community management. You will create content that educates petrol pump owners about digital transformation, showcases customer success stories, and drives sign-ups for our free trial. This is a high-impact role where your work directly contributes to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create engaging posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos that resonate with petrol pump owners
  • Write compelling captions and copy that drive engagement and trial sign-ups
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms
  • Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions) weekly
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content
  • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to identify content opportunities
  • Run and optimize paid social media campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Manage influencer outreach and partnerships relevant to the fuel industry

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of social media marketing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong content creation skills — writing, basic graphic design (Canva), and video editing
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
  • Excellent written communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and how to reach business owners

Nice to Have

  • Experience marketing SaaS or technology products
  • Knowledge of the fuel industry or petrol pump operations
  • Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
